HIS INVITATION

Whether you know it or not... believe it or not... accept it or not… or whether you even care or not… “God, our Heavenly Father... the creator of the universe, Loves YOU!

We do not say this because it sounds good or because it is a generically appropriate “churchy” statement to make.  We say this because it is an absolute truth, regardless if it is believed or accepted. There is nothing you have done (or haven’t done) in your life that can change this love for YOU!

We cannot and will not pretend to know what you are going through in your personal life nor the circumstances surrounding the reasons you have been led to or ended up at this website. We do not know what battles you are fighting in your life. We do not know your pains, your disappointments, your worries, your struggles, your fears or your intermost thoughts or feelings. We do not know your personal beliefs or values.

What we DO know is that God loves YOU… and that YOU matter to Him! He wants to have a personal relationship with you. The problem is... one thing separates us from a relationship with God — our sin. We sin whenever we fail to live by the Lord’s holy standard.  In fact, Romans 3:23: “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

Furthermore, Romans 6:23 explains that the penalty for sin is death—separation from God in hell forever. No matter how hard we try, we cannot save ourselves or get rid of our sins. We can’t earn our way to heaven by being good, going to church, or being baptized (Eph. 2:8-9).

Understanding how helpless we are because of our sins, God sent His only Son, Jesus, to save us. Jesus Christ lived a perfect, sinless life, and then died on the cross to pay the penalty for the sins of mankind (Rom. 5:8)...  my sins... your sins! Three days later, He rose from the dead—showing that He had triumphed over sin and death once and for all.

It all starts with accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ provides a relationship with the God the Father and the promise of eternal life through His death on the cross and resurrection (Rom. 5:10).

Romans 10:9 promises, “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” If you have not yet begun your personal relationship with God, understand that the One who created you loves you no matter who you are or what you’ve done. He wants you to experience the profound depth of His care.

Therefore, tell God that you are willing to trust Him for salvation. You can pray to God using your owns words or can repeat the following simple prayer with a sincere heart:

"Dear God,  I confess that I am a sinner.  I believe that your son, Jesus died on the cross for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. It is in His Holy name that I ask forgiveness for my sins and invite Him to come into my heart as my Lord and personal Savior from this day forward. Thank you God for loving me! Thank you Jesus for saving me! Amen!"

If you have just prayed this or a similar prayer with a sincere heart... you have the assurance that your sins have been forgiven and that your new life in Christ has begun! We would love to hear from you so that we can pray for you as well.

We also encourage you to find and get involved with a good Bible based church in your area. This will help you to continue to learn and grow in your Christian faith and obedience, as you share and worship with other believers! If you need help in locating a God centered church in your area, please contact us and we will be happy to offer you our assistance.

God Bless you!
